1. Bookings & Cancellations

   • All bookings must be confirmed by phone, email, or our website form.

   • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee.

2. Pricing & Payments

   • Prices are provided upfront where possible. Additional charges may apply if unexpected issues are found during the job.

   • Payment is due upon completion of the service (cash, card, or bank transfer).

3. Emergency Call-Outs

   • Emergency services are available 24/7 and may include higher rates.

   • We will always inform you of emergency charges before starting work.

4. Warranty

   • We provide a workmanship guarantee on all plumbing repairs. Materials and parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

5. Liability

   • While we take every precaution to avoid damage, we are not responsible for pre-existing faults, poor installations by third parties, or hidden defects that are uncovered during our work.
